Cell-Assisted Lipotransfer for Facial Lipoatrophy: Efficacy of Clinical Use of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells
This research is based on plastic surgery using stem cells.(ADSCs : Adipose Derived Stem Cells)
Control group vs Experimental group
*Control group : use only fat tissue transplant
*Experimental : Use fat tissue + ADSC(Adipose derive stem cell) transplant.
Result : In only fat tissue transplant group, grafted fat is reduced or permeate inside.
but in fat tissue added adsc group,grafted fat is maintained at 13-month follow-up.
We can’t show experimental pictures in this research paper as a portrait right.
This clinical trials show potential that sink injury patient, breast cancer patients can recover. And various cosmetic surgery parts make good use of this theory and method.
