How can we get adult stem cells?

Stem cells could be collected from our body’s various tissues as like an umbilical cord blood, placenta, bone marrow, adipose tissue, hair, teeth, blood and others. The process of harvesting stem cells for transplant depends on the source of the stem cells. Stem cells can be collected from adipose tissues, bone marrow, peripheral blood, circulating blood or umbilical cord blood, etc.
Also, it is no problem in ethical issues as adult stem cells.
Besides, human embryonic stem cell(is calles hESC) obtained from the blastocyst of a human embryo. So getting hESC is not easy and lies in the ethical issues of embryonic stem cell research.
